I have been a vegetarian for 30 years, however I do eat seafood so my recipes do not include red meat or chicken, but some have seafood included.
I am fully aware that people need / want to keep eating meat daily so I only ask that you keep it to small portions of clean lean meats.
I do not use any processed foods or gluten, white or wholemeal flour, white rice, white potato, pasta, packet foods packed with preservatives, salt, sugars, or gluten – only fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, nuts and seeds.
Any menus can be changed around, if you don’t like something just don’t add it. Feel free to add lots extra vegetables or salads of your choice to fill your plate up.
I believe if you start with the stomach, our work on your mind will follow easier.
