I can identify with many situations, struggles of addiction, struggles of life itself as a child, a teenager and well into my adult life.
It is very easy to become addicted, to hide away, and to play that victim. I know because I have been there. I have also used food to cover my unhappiness my depression thinking no one cares, why am I here?
I could not see a future for myself.
This resulted in becoming overweight, unhealthy, depressed, angry, suicidal and not able to look at myself in the mirror without criticism and negative chitter chat in my head,
I just couldn’t find any positives with life itself.
I am very proud now to have worked through life’s challenges and want to share my strategies with my YOU. My goal is to inspire as many people as I can to have a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
