I offer week long escapes where together we can refocus, and plan a new phase of your life that we all deserve. I offer a plan where we can step outside our Comfort Zone together by creating a safe environment, where I will fully support you.

My Escapes offer:

  • 1 Week Accomodation in 4-5 Star Resorts, Self-Contained Units. Twin Share

I will take up to 4 clients each time who are genuinely wanting to change there actions to get better results.

Some resort will offer different events every night e.g. live music, pool competitions, karaoke, BBQ, and a Friday farewell party.




Depending on location, flights and insurance are NOT included – however I have a travel agent who you can contact and will do all this for you.

Package Includes:

  • 7 days accommodation in a 4-5 star self-contained resort (twin share)
  • 5 Personal coaching sessions, separately one on one for an hour per day (5 days)
  • 3 x Healthy meals daily (optional)
  • 30-60 minute walking/stretches daily for 6 days as a group. (on waking)
  • Meditation after our coaching sessions (this is to train our minds to slow down to keep this journey going)
  • FREE – 4 Week Healthy Eating plan with weekly shopping lists
  • FREE – 4 Week Coach / Mentor (1st week resort, 3 weeks personal mentoring on returning home,)
  • Company for travelling
  • New friendships and support (for this awesome journey we are about to take)

Day 1 Arrive, free time to settle in and meet other fellow travellers
Day 2- 5
  • On Walking, 30-60 minutes walk and stretching.
  • Come back to resort ad cook / prepare breakfast together as a group. (Healthy Eating Plan)
  • 1 Hour coaching sessions per persons. (2 in the morning – 2 in the afternoon)
  • Lunch, Healthy Eating Plan (Optional)
  • Free time till 4pm – Then get together for a meet up as a group for free discussion / talk
  • Dinner prepare together Healthy Eating Plan (Optional)
Day 6 On Walking, 30-60 minutes walking and stretching. Rest of the last day is free time
